Job summary

Brooksource, Eight Eleven Group’s IT staffing brand, seeks a Recruiter to build deep talent networks, advocate for candidates, and place consultants with Fortune 500 clients. You will drive the end-to-end process from sourcing to placement, delivering a high-touch experience that accelerates candidate success.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify hiring needs, coach resumes, conduct interviews, and provide post-placement support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to determine client hiring needs.
• Identify and target niche-skilled candidates to meet expectations.
• Qualify candidates through phone, in-person, and virtual interviews.
• Assess candidates' knowledge, skills and experience for open positions.
• Provide resume coaching, mock interviews, and interview feedback.
• Manage daily activities and adapt to new challenges and ventures.
• Provide onboarding support to ensure smooth placements.
• Meet weekly metrics for calls, interviews, and placements.
• Set personal and team goals with your manager and recruiter support.
