• Qualify candidates through internal interviews (phone, in-person, virtual).
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience for open roles.
• Provide resume coaching, mock interviews, and offer guidance to candidates.
• Support onboarding and post-placement success for consultants.
• Consistently meet weekly metrics for calls, interviews, and placements.
• Set personal and team goals with management and recruiter support.
