Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Talent Advisor embedded in our Mid-Market RPO team to lead high-volume recruiting for an ambitious government-focused client. You’ll partner with a peer Talent Advisor to co-own strategy and execution, delivering 80–90 critical hires annually across Engineering, Product, and Design & Research.

Responsibilities include direct sourcing, screening, offers, and executive reporting; you’ll manage QBRs, performance metrics, and invoicing while aligning pipelines with client

Qualifications

• Embedded / RPO talent lead partnering with VP and C-suite stakeholders.
• Direct sourcing across engineering, product management, and design with a track record of 80+ hires/year.
• Experience running client QBRs, TA metrics dashboards, and invoicing processes.
• Experience in civic tech or government contracting is a plus; ATS proficiency.

Talent Advisor – Randstad Mid-Market RPO

Reports To: Delivery Lead or VP of Mid-Market

Focus Area: Mid-Market Civic Tech, Government Modernization & Public Benefit Systems

Position Overview

As a Talent Advisor, you will serve as an embedded Talent Acquisition Lead within Randstad’s Mid-Market RPO team, supporting our newest high-growth client partner in transforming digital public services and government technology.

In this dual-lead model, you will partner directly with a peer Talent Advisor to co-own strategy and execution, driving a high-volume target of 80–90 critical hires annually. You will act as the face of talent acquisition to executive stakeholders—leading full-cycle recruitment across Engineering & Tech, Product Management, and Design & Research—while managing core account administration including performance metrics, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory & Shared Portfolio Leadership: Partner with a co-Talent Advisor to consult directly with client VP and C-suite leaders. Align hiring pipelines with client growth goals to consistently deliver 80–90 annual hires across technical and product functions.


• Specialized Full-Cycle Delivery: Drive direct sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and offer negotiations across three primary focus areas:


• Engineering & Tech: Cloud/DevSecOps (AWS/Azure), backend, data pipelines, capture engineering, and legacy systems modernization (e.g., COBOL).


• Product Management: Product Leaders and PMs driving strategy for complex public benefit systems (e.g., healthcare enrollment, unemployment insurance).


• Design & Research: UX Designers, User Researchers, Content Strategists, and Section 508/WCAG Accessibility Specialists.


• Account Administration & Governance: Own tracking and executive reporting of key TA metrics (time-to-fill, velocity, cost-per-hire), co-lead QBRs, and oversee client invoicing and resolution processes.


• Randstad Team Collaboration: Partner closely with Randstad delivery leads, sourcers, and peer RPO teams to share market intelligence, balance capacity during volume shifts, and uphold RPO delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Embedded / RPO Leadership: Proven track record as an embedded or RPO talent lead partnering with VP and C-suite stakeholders.


• High-Volume Technical Recruitment: Direct sourcing experience across modern engineering, product management, and human-centered design/research, with a history of hitting high-capacity team goals (80+ hires/year).


• Account Management: Experience running client QBRs, managing TA metrics dashboards, and handling client invoicing processes.


• Domain Alignment (Preferred): Experience recruiting in civic tech, digital public services, government contracting, or mission-driven technology sectors, along with ATS proficiency (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
