Job summary

Empoorio is seeking a talented engineer-recruiter to advance corporate capabilities and deliver production-quality identity infrastructure. You will source and close technical hires for protocol, runtime, and ecosystem engineering while partnering with hiring managers on role design and interview loops.

You will maintain a strong candidate experience in a remote-first environment, support university recruiting, track diversity goals, and be prepared to travel up to 10% for team events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience in software engineering, security, or distributed systems (1+ for specialist IC tracks).
• Fluency in English for documentation, reviews, and partner communication.
• Willing to overlap with EU and Americas time zones for critical releases and incidents.
• Able to travel up to 10% for team summits, partner workshops, or conferences.
• On-site collaboration expected for local team sessions in addition to remote work.

• Background in privacy engineering, applied cryptography, or formal security reviews
• Prior work with wallet, fintech, or enterprise identity integrations
