Job summary

Empoorio is building the sovereign identity layer for wallets, cloud, and enterprise integrators. We seek a talented engineer to advance Ouranoos Cloud capabilities with privacy-by-design storage and cryptography-focused development.

You will collaborate across enterprise issuers, verifiers, and wallet partners, owning technical discovery and integration milestones. Travel up to 10% may be required for team events and workshops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience in software engineering, security, or distributed systems (1+ for specialist IC tracks).
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first, async collaboration environment.
• Fluency in English for documentation, reviews, and partner communication.

Responsibilities

• Own technical discovery with enterprise issuers, verifiers, and wallet partners.
• Translate partner requirements into integration milestones and SDK backlog items.
• Run workshops and pilots for credential programs — KYC, workforce, device identity.
• Track adoption metrics and feedback loops into protocol and product roadmaps.
• Coordinate launch communications with DevRel and partner success teams.

Ouranoos Cloud issues and manages workforce and device credentials for enterprise tenants with privacy-by-design storage patterns.We are looking for a talented, driven engineer to advance Ouranoos Cloud capabilities and deliver production-quality identity infrastructure.If you thrive in high-ownership environments where correctness and privacy matter, this role will be a strong next step in your career.

• Translate partner requirements into integration milestones and SDK backlog items

• Exposure to Substrate, Polkadot ecosystem, or blockchain anchoring patterns
• Background in privacy engineering, applied cryptography, or formal security reviews
• Prior work with wallet, fintech, or enterprise identity integrations

Additional requirements

• Willing to overlap with EU and Americas time zones for critical releases and incidents
• Able to travel up to 10% for team summits, partner workshops, or conferences
• Reliable home internet and secure workstation suitable for development on sensitive cryptography code
