Amazon is seeking a Recruiting Specialist (contract) to identify and engage top talent in a high‑volume environment. You will source, screen, and conduct initial interviews, partnering with multiple hiring managers to build a strong pipeline while adhering to guidelines and metrics.

Based in the US (Herndon, VA / Arlington, VA / Seattle, WA), this 12‑month role is staffed by Allegis Global Solutions and pays $31–$41 per hour.

Qualifications

• Source and recruit qualified candidates through various channels and platforms.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Perform thorough reference checks on potential candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with multiple hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and tracking in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Meet or exceed established recruiting metrics and goals.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Communicate effectively with hiring managers regarding candidate status and pipeline health.
• Follow established recruiting procedures and compliance guidelines.
