Waymo is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to drive full-cycle recruiting for hardware and technical engineering roles in a hybrid setup across Mountain View, CA. You will partner with senior engineering leadership to shape searches, build pipelines, and close offers for top talent in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience performing full lifecycle technical recruiting.
• Strong focus on hardware engineering profiles and terminology.
• Proven success closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages.
• Experience partnering with senior engineering leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in startup or rapid-growth hiring settings.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruitment for hardware and technical engineering roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior engineering leadership to define searches and pipelines.
• Source passive candidates and build talent maps in hardware/AI/AV/robotics spaces.
• Manage candidate experience, screening, and interview preparation.
• Lead complex offer negotiations and candidate closing.
• Execute hiring processes and share candidates across open roles.
