UnitX in Santa Clara is looking for a Technical Recruiter to own the full-cycle hiring for technical roles including robotics and AI. You will collaborate closely with engineering managers to recruit talent that impacts production lines for a $15B inspection system.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of recruiting experience at a tech startup and is well-versed in managing candidate experiences effectively while using the Ashby ATS.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Ability to explain candidate read-outs clearly to hiring managers.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting across active technical reqs.
• Write custom outbound for hardest roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate rubrics.
