Applied Intuition is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own full-lifecycle recruitment for engineering roles. The role emphasizes closing and building recruiting systems with startup-minded ownership. This is a temporary hourly position with flexibility for remote applicants and a predominantly in-office culture.

You will manage all aspects of recruiting, partner with leadership, and drive hiring metrics while contributing to a growing talent brand in the Physical AI space.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Experience sourcing using LinkedIn and other channels.
• Proven ability to close roles and manage full lifecycle recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a full-lifecycle recruiting desk for multiple engineering roles.
• Leverage AI and modern tools to automate workflows and boost productivity.
• Build targeted sourcing campaigns to attract general and specialized engineering talent.
• Partner with leaders, present recruiting data, and influence hiring decisions.
• Develop recruiting processes and people systems from the ground up.
