REGENT is building Seagliders and scaling from prototype to production. We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to partner with engineering and operations leaders to source, engage, and close top-tier candidates across technical roles.

This role blends strategy, execution, and storytelling within a fast-growing, mission-driven company based in Rhode Island. You’ll join a People team that values rigor, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration, with a preference for candidates in Rhode Island

Qualifications

• Must have proven ability to source, engage, and close candidates across technical functions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring profiles and build strong teams.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of technical and leadership roles.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and events.
• Guide candidates through all interview stages with timely, thoughtful communication.
• Leverage data and market insights to influence hiring decisions.
• Continuously improve hiring processes and employer brand to raise candidate experience.
