You will partner with leadership to scale engineering teams building foundational AI tools and will focus on sourcing and closing top-tier talent across AI/ML, infrastructure, and full-stack engineering in a high-velocity, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a startup or technical environment.
• Proven track record of hiring AI/ML, infrastructure, and developer tools talent.
• Exceptional sourcing abilities to engage passive candidates in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from strategy and sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with engineering managers to define requirements and run high-signal interview loops for technical roles.
• Leverage modern sourcing and AI-powered tools to identify and engage top passive candidates.
