Zscaler, Inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiter for a 6-month fixed-term contract at our Santa Clara, CA HQ. This hybrid role requires on-site presence Tuesday through Thursday, reporting to the Head of Technical Recruiting.

Formación

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in-house within enterprise software, cloud, or cybersecurity.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• Experience with strategic sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, niche tech communities).
• Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to drive searches.
• Ability to generate excitement around technical opportunities with a candidate-first approach.

Responsabilidades

• Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across the contract duration, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to design and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
• Support hiring teams from kickoff through offer, negotiation, and close.
• Champion inclusive hiring practices with urgency, precision, and thoughtful execution.
• Build and cultivate high-quality candidate pipelines across critical tech searches.
