Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter for a 6-month contract to help us scale our team. You’ll be working closely with hiring managers, immersing yourself in the MEV and blockchain technology space, and sourcing top talent for a variety of crypto remote jobs.

In this role, you'll be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing creative talent to providing an excellent candidate experience and acting as a talent advisor to hiring managers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a significant impact in the world of decentralized finance (DeFi), smart contracts, and NFTs.

What You'll Do
  • Source Creatively: Use unconventional and innovative methods to connect with exceptional candidates in the blockchain and crypto space.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Drive the recruitment process by identifying, engaging, and closing candidates while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
  • Talent Advisory: Provide insights to hiring managers on market trends, talent pipelines, and best practices for recruiting in the Web3 and crypto jobs remote space.
  • Coordinate Recruitment Logistics: Manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and ensure comprehensive data throughout the process.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally in crypto or blockchain technology, with a strong understanding of key players in the space.
  • Creative Sourcing: Expertise in finding and engaging with talent beyond traditional recruitment platforms.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Comfort in articulating technical roles and our mission to a diverse range of candidates.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, maintaining high levels of organization.
  • Crypto-Curious: While you don’t need to be an expert, a strong interest in decentralized systems, cryptocurrency, and a willingness to learn is a must.
  • Collaboration: Experience working closely with hiring managers and technical teams to define roles and attract top talent.
  • Tools of the Trade: Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
