Job summary

Primesource LLP in the United States is seeking a motivated Junior IT Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment for technology roles. This role is ideal for someone with about a year of recruitment experience looking to build a foundation in IT talent acquisition within a structured environment.

You will source and screen candidates, publish job postings, conduct HR screens, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, and assist with offers and onboarding while developing a strong pipeline

Qualifications

• Approximately 1 year of recruitment experience; IT recruitment preferred.
• Any Graduate; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred, not mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
• A professional, collaborative attitude with a strong willingness to learn.

• Source and screen candidates for IT positions (Developers, Testers, Support Engineers, etc.) using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Publish and manage job postings across relevant job boards and professional networks
• Conduct preliminary HR screening to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS
• Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience
• Support offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding coordination
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT talent for current and future hiring needs

Requirements
