Job summary

Middesk is seeking a tenacious Technical Recruiter to build exceptional teams and accelerate growth. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into a full candidate pipeline and guiding hires who raise the bar for the organization.

This hybrid role requires 2+ days per week in our San Francisco office, collaborating with Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams to source and close top talent across multiple searches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience, with proven success recruiting technical talent.
• Ability to quickly learn and credibly recruit new profiles of talent.
• High ownership with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle - sourcing, qualifying, and closing across multiple searches for Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams.
• Partner with hiring managers to define success, build structured interview processes, and position Middesk competitively.
• Ensure a consistent, fair, and engaging candidate experience that reflects Middesk values.
• Help evolve recruiting systems, tooling, and process as we scale.

Middesk is looking for a tenacious and versatile full-cycle Technical Recruiter to help shape our future. We’re building the business identity platform that accelerates the economy. Your role is to accelerate our growth by building exceptional teams.You're an experienced talent partner who brings a deep understanding of the market, and proven success embedding with technical stakeholders to source and close hard-to-fill roles. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to translate a business need into a full candidate pipeline - and ultimately to new hires who raise the bar for those around them.

Middesk has offices in SF and NYC. This is a hybrid role requiring 2+ days per week in our SF office.

What you’ll do:

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle - sourcing, qualifying, and closing - across multiple concurrent searches for Middesk’s Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams
• Partner with hiring managers to define what great looks like, build structured interview processes, and sharpen how we position Middesk in a competitive talent market
• Ensure a consistent, fair, and engaging candidate experience that demonstrates our values and why Middesk a great place to work
• Help evolve our recruiting systems, tooling, and process as we scale

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience, with proven success recruiting technical talent
