Assort Health is building a unified patient experience powered by AI-driven recruiting and care delivery. As a recruiter, you will own end-to-end hiring for technical roles, build strong pipelines, and partner with engineering and product leaders to shape our growing team.

You will contribute to a fast-paced, AI-first recruiting function, using modern tools to streamline workflows, improve candidate engagement, and ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams as the company

Qualifications

• 1–4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including technical hiring.
• Proven ability to build strong candidate pipelines through sourcing and outreach.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to fill roles and deliver a positive hiring experience.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills for managing multiple searches.

What You'll Do in Your First 6–12 Months

• Execute full-cycle recruiting — Execute end-to-end hiring for Engineering, Product, and other technical roles while delivering a thoughtful candidate and hiring manager experience.

• Build high-quality candidate pipelines — Proactively source and engage exceptional talent through outbound recruiting, referrals, talent communities, and creative sourcing strategies.

• Deliver an exceptional hiring process — Keep searches moving efficiently through strong communication, thoughtful coordination, and disciplined pipeline management while providing a great experience for candidates and hiring teams.

• Partner with hiring managers — Collaborate with technical leaders to understand hiring needs, refine candidate profiles, and support interview calibration throughout the hiring process.

• Continuously improve recruiting — Use recruiting data, candidate feedback, and market insights to identify opportunities to improve hiring outcomes and recruiting processes.

• Leverage recruiting technology and AI — Utilize Ashby and modern AI-powered recruiting tools to automate workflows, improve candidate engagement, and work more efficiently.

What You Bring

• 1–4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience hiring for technical roles.

• A track record of building strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, relationship building, and thoughtful outreach.

• Experience partnering with hiring managers to successfully fill open roles and deliver a positive hiring experience.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches, prioritize effectively, and maintain a high bar for execution.

• A builder mentality and growth mindset. You thrive in fast-paced environments, embrace ambiguity, and are eager to continuously improve how recruiting gets done.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with candidates and internal partners.
