Job summary

Dexian is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead technology talent searches in the Data, Analytics and AI domains in the San Antonio area. You will manage multiple requisitions, screen and interview candidates, and partner with stakeholders to close top talent in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of recruiting, with 5+ years in tech recruiting, and a proven track record of sourcing highly technical professionals in competitive markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall recruiting experience, including at least 5 years of dedicated technology recruiting experience.
• Recent, hands-on experience recruiting for Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) talent.
• Proven experience recruiting for highly technical and specialized positions.
• Demonstrated ability to source and attract technology talent in competitive, high-demand markets.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
