BayOne Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with 5+ years in full-cycle technical recruiting and IT staffing. The role demands strong sourcing, excellent communication, and the ability to recruit for a broad range of technical roles in a fast-paced environment.

Hybrid work arrangement is available at Palo Alto, CA or Waltham, MA, with 3 days onsite. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate interviews, and partner with account managers to deliver qualified candidates

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, ATS databases, and other channels.
• Recruit for technical positions including Software Engineering, Data, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, QA, Product, and Business Analyst roles.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring teams.
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain candidate records in ATS/CRM.
• Support offer negotiations and onboarding.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting and IT staffing. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and proven experience recruiting for a variety of technical roles in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding.
• Source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, ATS databases, and other channels.
• Recruit for technical positions including Software Engineering, Data, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, QA, Product, and Business Analyst roles.
• Conduct candidate screening and assess technical experience, communication, availability, and compensation expectations.
• Develop targeted Boolean searches and sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Partner with Account Managers and hiring teams to understand requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS/CRM.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process and support offer negotiations and onboarding.
• Track recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, submissions, interviews, and placements.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting or IT staffing.
• Proven experience recruiting for a broad range of technical positions.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology, technologies, and job requirements.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
• Strong Boolean search and candidate sourcing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
