Job summary

Adaptive Solutions Group in Overland Park, KS is seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter with sales or recruiting experience to join our office.

In this role you will source candidates through internet research, cold calling and referrals, screen for skills, and build a pipeline for present and future opportunities.

You will communicate opportunities to candidates, foster strong relationships with consultants and clients, and contribute to growing our local IT presence.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership to help grow the company.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of MS Windows based products, including Word and Excel.
• Prior Recruiting, Sales, and Information Technology knowledge is a plus.
