Our Fortune 500 client is seeking an experienced Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, R&D, and other highly technical positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers, HR, and business leaders to attract top technical talent while providing an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for engineering and technical roles within manufacturing, aerospace, defense, technology, or similar industries and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle:
• Sourcing
• Screening
• Interview coordination
• Offer support
• Manage 10+ active requisitions simultaneously.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Create and refine job descriptions and candidate profiles.

Talent Sourcing

• Build pipelines of engineering and technical talent.
• Source active and passive candidates using recruiting platforms.
• Network with technical professionals.

Candidate & ATS Management

• Serve as the primary candidate point of contact.
• Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Assist with offers and background investigations.

Reporting & Analytics

• Provide hiring reports and pipeline updates.
• Conduct market research and compensation analysis.

Employer Branding

• Represent Silvus at:
• University recruiting events
• Career fairs
• Information sessions
• Networking events

Additional Support

• Support interview training initiatives.
• Assist with special recruiting projects.
• Perform additional recruiting and administrative duties as needed.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience in a technical industry

OR

• High School Diploma
• 7+ years of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience in a technical industry
