RJR Partners is a recruiting search firm focused on enterprise software placements. We seek a full-time Technical Recruiter to join our team, responsible for full-desk recruiting, business development for new clients, and managing technical searches from sourcing to offer acceptance.

This role is hybrid, based at our Danville, CA headquarters. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, qualifying candidates, building client relationships, and maintaining candidate pipelines to

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of successful technical recruiting experience, ideally in SaaS software.
• Experience recruiting software engineers, technical account managers, sales engineers, developers and IT.
• Proven track record of cold-calling, deal qualification and quota achievement or filling job reqs in agency or in-house environment.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter is required.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting initiatives with hiring managers.
• Qualify candidates and progress opportunities to closure.
• Call across organizational levels to identify decision makers and expand client relationships.
• Use analytical and selling skills to understand client requirements.
• Network through industry contacts, associations, and trade groups.
• Develop and execute recruiting plans.
• Maintain regular follow-up with managers to optimize recruiting plans.
• Document candidate and client communications in ATS Stardex.
• Forecast and maintain an updated pipeline.
• Fill open positions efficiently and effectively.

Job description

RJR Partners is a recruiting search firm focused on the placement of professionals within the enterprise software industry. We are seeking a full-time Technical Recruiter to join our team. This person will be responsible for full-desk recruiting including conducting business development for new clients, as well as managing technical searches from new candidate sourcing to offer acceptance. This role will manage contingency and retained searches from entry level to executive level. This is a direct quota-carrying position with Hybrid hours in our Danville, CA headquarters.

Job Responsibilities

• Work directly with hiring managers within our client base to own full-cycle recruiting initiatives.
• Qualify candidates and progress opportunities to closure.
• Call within all levels of an organization, identify decision makers and build customer relationships with new prospective clients and expand relationships within existing clients to gain access to technical searches.
• Use analytical and selling skills to understand the client requirements.
• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
• Research to develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
• Develop and execute recruiting plans.
• Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
• Maintain detailed documentation of candidate and client communications/activity.
• Accurately forecast and maintain an updated pipeline in our ATS, Stardex.
• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.

Desired Background

• Candidates should have 2-5 years minimum of successful technical recruiting experience, ideally within the world of SaaS software.
• Ideally you have experience recruiting software engineers, technical account managers, sales engineers, developers and IT
• Proven track record of success in cold-calling, deal qualification and quota achievement OR personally fulfilling job reqs in an agency or or in-house environment.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter required.
