Boom Supersonic is seeking a Technical Recruiter to build the world-class team required to design and scale breakthrough hardware. You will source top talent globally, influence hiring strategy, and move critical hires through a fast, founder-level process.

Boom Supersonic is building the breakthrough Overture supersonic airliner and the Superpower natural gas turbine—machines that push the boundaries of physics, manufacturing, and industrial ambition.

The mission

Compensation

This position is at the P4 level, which typically requires 8 - 12+ years of experience. The Base Salary Range for this position is $125,000 - $159,000 per year. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Boom’s total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include long term incentives/equity, a flexible PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
