The Role

As a Technical Recruiter, you'll be responsible for both business development and recruitment. You’ll identify and engage high-growth AI companies, pitch our services to founders and execs, and then run point on building their technical teams.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and engage high-growth AI/ML startups, including founders, CTOs, and hiring managers
• Lead outreach, introductory calls, and relationship-building with potential clients
• Scope hiring needs and act as a strategic partner in building technical teams
• Source, engage, and manage pipelines
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach through offer negotiation
• Maintain organized pipelines and manage multiple searches across companies and functions

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, recruiting, or similar (internships count!)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Naturally curious and highly motivated (self-starter energy)
• Comfortable with cold outreach

On Target Earnings (OTE):

Year 1: 65-75k

Year 2: 75-100k
