Harmar Mobility seeks a detail-oriented Technical Publications Specialist to create clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation supporting our mobility devices and accessibility products. This role collaborates with engineering, product management, and quality teams to ensure technical accuracy and clarity for customers and dealers.

The ideal candidate has proven technical writing experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with AI tools, templates, and version control.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical writing or a related field.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for a broad audience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with documentation processes, templates, and version control systems.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) to boost productivity.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe InDesign is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and edit technical manuals, procedures, and product documentation.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, concise language.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure content accuracy.
• Create and maintain technical specifications and test documentation.
• Produce and manage both digital and print documentation.
