Job summary
Rincon Research Corporation seeks an experienced Technical Publications & Business Development Manager to lead the TechPubs & BD Ops team. You will oversee the generation of federal surveys, white papers, and proposals from bid decision through award, while collaborating with software and engineering teams on documentation suites.
The role requires a current TS/SCI clearance, U.S. citizenship, and a Bachelor's in a technical writing discipline.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Scientific & Technical Communication or related field.
- Experience balancing leadership and hands-on execution.
- Current TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading.
- Ability to work full-time in Rincon facility office.
Responsibilities
- Lead the TechPubs & BD Ops team and manage proposals.
- Produce and edit federal government market surveys, white papers, and proposals from bid through award.
- Collaborate with software/engineering teams on docs and manuals.
- Maintain calendars and tracking sheets; manage multiple tasks.
- Supervise, direct, train and evaluate team members.
