Job summary

Alliance Technical Group is seeking a Technical Services Writer to produce proposals, test plans and reports for source testing projects. You will manage your workload, follow written and verbal instructions, and communicate status within Alliance on documentation.

The role pays $22–$25/hour with potential for flexibility, and requires strong writing and organizational skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• AS or BS degree preferred (Science and Engineering fields ideal).
• Proficient Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook skills.
• Good verbal communication skills (internally and with Clients/Regulators).
• Professional appearance and behavior.
• Maintain positive attitude with ability to work well in groups.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task while remaining focused on all tasks.
• Flexibility: available to work outside normal hours to complete projects.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Write proposals based on customer information, permits and pricing with scope-of-work personnel.
• Collaborate with project managers and data quality analysts to write accurate reports; drafts reviewed prior to submittal.
• Develop test plans with project managers and coordinators for projects.
• Prepare electronic reports using EPA's ERT and ECMPS.
