What We Offer

Salary: $116,000.00 – $159,500.00

Location: Gloucester, MA

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare project plans and drive the project from conception to implementation.
  • Manage project schedule and task details using project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklists, and scheduling software.
  • Coordinate allocated resources to achieve on‑time and within‑budget performance objectives, and initiate and manage purchase requisitions and orders.
  • Drive cost schedule performance of equipment for internal and external customers and vendors worldwide.
  • Participate on multifunctional design teams to complete projects, providing technical input to team members.
  • Interface and coordinate within the division to define project objectives, provide status updates, and prepare for release and deployment.
  • Provide engineering and business process expertise to the team and other members on standard programs and issues.
  • Identify and resolve potential complications within the project, developing solutions for resolution.
