Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare project plan and coordinate the attainment of project deliverables from planning to implementation, maintaining a matrix for process improvements.
  • Drive project deliverables and task details through the use of reports, tracking charts, and checklists.
  • Align the activities of resources internal to the business unit to achieve on‑time and within budget performance objectives for the project.
  • Monitor and report to the business unit on project cost performance.
  • Participate on inter‑business unit design teams to complete projects, contributing to the team’s technical development in pursuit of project goals.
  • Research causes of project obstacles and assist in implementing solutions for resolution.

  • Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
Business Expertise
  • Knowledge of best practices and understanding of how own area integrates with others; aware of competition and differentiators in the market.

  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.

  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
