Job summary

Infosys in the United States seeks a Technology Project Lead 2 to guide delivery of complex client programs in telecom OSS/BSS, Java, and governance. The role focuses on defining objectives, building strong client relationships, and driving process improvements to accelerate value delivery.

You will manage budgets, assess risks, develop estimates, and oversee staffing and performance to ensure successful outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effectiveness
• Scope changes and develop client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates
