Job summary

Circet USA in Raleigh is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex telecom and data center infrastructure projects. You will ensure on-time delivery, within scope and budget, while coordinating cross-functional teams of engineers, developers, and field staff.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in technical program management, advanced certifications (PMP, CSM/CSPO), and hands-on experience with SW development, delivery, and testing in wireless telecom environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE/TE or IT is strongly preferred.
• Master’s Degree (MBA or PM) is beneficial.
• Certifications in project management and networking are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex telecom/infrastructure projects.
• Ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget.
• Align project with unit roadmap and plans.
• Collaborate with product teams to prioritize tasks and resolve issues.
• Oversee releases and project closure with lessons learned and KPIs.
• Drive automation to improve quality and speed.
