Job summary

National Technologies (NTI), a Network Connex Company, seeks a Project Manager to direct and supervise staff, delivering scope, schedule, and budget according to management direction. You will ensure timely client communication and manage project details from initiation to completion.

The role requires strong analytical, leadership, and budgeting skills, with a track record in telecom/wireless environments. On-site work and collaboration with cross-functional teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience within the Telecommunication/Wireless industry required.
• Proven ability to analyze financial reports and budgets to plan the course of the work effectively.
• Proven aptitude to demonstrate knowledge and experience in strategic planning and development.
• Proven experience leading, motivating, and communicating consistently with employees and clients.
• PMP or equivalent certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or equivalent years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, forecast, and track the project and team deliverables.
• Manage and delegate workflow to maximize productivity.
• Create work plans, manage resource planning, set & track goals, implement process improvement, and submit timely project reporting.
• Develop project work plans and recovery plans to maintain project objectives.
• Authorize/endorse project related contract documents.
• Perform Quality Control reviews of documents and plans for accuracy and completeness.
• Implement operational protocols to deliver and measure the quality of services.
• Oversee deployment of workload schedules, project execution, delivery within budget, and quality of all project elements.
• Serve as client contact on assigned projects to keep them informed and respond to needs.
• Build, develop, improve, and expand relationships with key clients within the market.
• Attend necessary meetings and be the primary contact with clients.
• Listen to understand client needs to implement changes.
• Maintain positive working relationships and enhance the company image for additional business opportunities.
• Submit Purchase Order requests to clients, obtain PO, track work to invoice, report to management.
• Prepare proposals, expressions of interest, and contracts for assigned projects.
