Job summary

Charge Robotics is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own a critical Sunrise deployment, guiding engineering development to international field deployment. You will connect engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, and field teams to keep the program on schedule and on spec from design through deployment.

You will lead end-to-end planning, design adaptation cycles, and coordination with external vendors, ensuring milestones are met and risks are managed in a fast-growing startup

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical program or project management experience, ideally with complex hardware systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a track record of alignment across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and external partners.
• Comfort operating amid ambiguity in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end project plan and schedule for the engineering development and deployment effort, coordinating across commercial, leadership, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and field teams
• Drive the design adaptation cycle for the new system — tracking requirements, design reviews, and milestones from concept through production readiness
• Collaborate with supply chain to manage external vendors and contract manufacturers to meet timelines, deliverables, and quality requirements
• Plan and coordinate international deployment logistics (freight, mobilization, and on-site readiness) in partnership with field, engineering, and customer teams
• Maintain a clear view of risks, dependencies, and critical path; surface tradeoffs and keep stakeholders aligned on status and decisions
