Job summary

Coderio is seeking a senior Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead cross-functional software delivery initiatives in the Miami area. You will govern scoping, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications while collaborating with engineering teams to define APIs, payment workflows, and system interactions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of combined Project Management and Business Analysis experience in software delivery environments.
• Strong experience in banking and payments, including payments processing and modernization initiatives.
• Ability to work effectively with engineering teams and understand cloud-based, API-driven, and event-driven architectures.
• Proven experience gathering requirements and producing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for documentation, analysis, and requirements definition.
