Job Title: Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master / Business Analyst
Location: Full-Time / Onsite/ Exempt Status
Clearance Level: Public Trust

Overview:
Syneren Technologies is seeking a versatile technical leader to manage a cloud migration and modernization project transitioning legacy systems to AWS GovCloud. This hybrid role blends project management, Agile facilitation, technical oversight, and business analysis.

Essential Duties

• Lead Agile project lifecycle and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
• Manage JIRA roadmaps, sprint goals, and backlog
• Oversee AWS GovCloud migration and FISMA HIGH compliance
• Support ATO documentation and go-live planning
• Collaborate with engineers on DevSecOps and CI/CD practices
• Analyze business requirements and support UAT

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• 5+ years in project management, technical leadership, or business analysis
• Experience with AWS GovCloud, Agile tools, and compliance frameworks
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

• PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification
• Experience in government or regulated environments
• Familiarity with RMF, NIST, FedRAMP, CI/CD, and containerization

Working Conditions
