We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong Agile delivery experience to lead cross-functional squads focused on platform modernization initiatives.

This role involves overseeing the design, integration, and implementation of enterprise web and middle-tier applications, ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives while driving continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional squads to plan, coordinate, and deliver platform modernization initiatives.
• Oversee the development and integration of enterprise applications using Angular, TypeScript, and Java (Spring/Spring Boot).
• Manage end-to-end project delivery including scope definition, resource planning, sprint execution, and milestone tracking.
• Collaborate with technical leads, developers, and business stakeholders to align project goals and resolve dependencies.
• Drive effective communication, documentation, and adherence to Agile best practices.
• Maintain and update squad performance metrics (e.g., burn-down charts) and artifacts for transparency and accountability.
• Support adoption and consistent use of enabling tools such as Jira, Mural, and MS Teams.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience planning and delivering platform modernization initiatives using Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban).
• 5+ years of experience overseeing development of web/cloud-based applications using Angular, TypeScript, and Java (Spring/Spring Boot).
• Proven experience maintaining squad performance metrics and Agile artifacts.
• Experience supporting Agile tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., Jira, Mural, MS Teams).
• Strong background in managing large or complex metrics-driven initiatives.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise transformation or modernization programs.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
