Job summary

ERMCO, a leading transformer manufacturer in Dyersburg, TN, seeks a Technical Project Manager (Process Engineering and Continuous Improvement) to lead a portfolio of manufacturing and CI initiatives at the Pole Plant.

The TPM will manage a team of Technical Process Engineers, drive Lean transformation, and partner with Ops, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to deliver safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements while reporting to the Pole Plant General Manager.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of leadership in Operations, Engineering, Quality, or CI.
• Experience in transformer manufacturing or similar high‑mix industrial settings.
• PMP and/or Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of manufacturing and technical projects from chartering to implementation and sustainment.
• Establish governance, milestones, RAID logs, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment across Ops, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, Maintenance, and EHS.
• Develop a high‑performing Process Engineering Team integrated into the Pole Plant.
