Job summary

Saransh Inc in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead data center infrastructure initiatives onsite. You will translate strategic goals into actionable plans for IMAC-D activities and coordinate hardware, software, and operations teams across build, migration, and decommissioning.

The ideal candidate has a BS in EE or CS and 10 years of PM experience in DC projects, with strong planning, forecasting, and governance skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with demonstrated success in project/program management.
• DC projects deployment/bring-up experience is a plus.
• 10 years of experience in PM roles or similar.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans for data center infrastructure (IMAC‑D activities).
• Creatively resolve technical issues, resource constraints, and schedule challenges across deployment and operational phases.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure engineering principles and systems/data center lifecycle management.
• Proven track record of coordinating complex projects in cross‑functional environments.
• Improve workflows, automation, and operational efficiency in infrastructure environments.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Hands‑on familiarity with data center infrastructure operations, deployments, and lifecycle transitions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present to both technical and executive stakeholders.

• Experience managing large‑scale data center infrastructure projects with multiple dependencies and lifecycle stages (IMAC‑D); demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies in deployment and operational processes and implement scalable improvements.
• Experience coordinating workstreams between hardware, software, and operations teams across build, migration, and decommissioning phases. Strong skills in planning, forecasting, observability, and governance of infrastructure programs.
• Familiarity with tools and processes supporting data center lifecycle operations (asset management, CMDB, change management, etc.). Project Management certification/training (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2) is a plus.
