Job summary

Enexor Energy is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive the end-to-end development of a new Class II ventilator. You will connect mechanical, electrical, firmware, industrial design, manufacturing and regulatory teams to keep the program aligned, moving forward and delivering results.

We want a sharp, ownership-driven engineer who thrives on clarity and execution. You will translate product requirements into engineering workstreams, manage risk, and ensure documentation and design controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree required.
• Strong ability to interface with engineering teams and translate requirements into actionable workstreams.
• Familiarity with FDA design controls, risk management, or ISO 13485/IEC 60601 processes welcome.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day program execution, including schedule, risk management, deliverables and cross-team coordination.
• Translate product requirements into actionable engineering workstreams and hold teams accountable.
• Design reviews, maintain engineering backlog, and drive decision-making with incomplete information.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, firmware, and industrial design teams to integrate subsystems.
• Manage vendor interactions with ID/UX firms, PCB vendors, plastics suppliers, sensor suppliers, test labs, and manufacturing partners.
• Ensure documentation, DHF/DMR organization and traceability for FDA design controls.
• Support prototyping, V&V planning, test execution, and system integration; hands-on role.
