Job summary

LaunchTN is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive end-to-end development of a new Class II ventilator. You will connect mechanical, electrical, firmware, industrial design, manufacturing, and regulatory teams to keep the program aligned, moving forward, and delivering results.

We want a driven engineer with ownership and execution mindset who can think like an engineer while leading as a program manager.

Qualifications

Engineering background in a technical field (e.g., ME, EE, BME, CompE).
Strong technical literacy and ability to interface with engineering teams.
Excellent organizational discipline with a bias for clarity and forward progress.
High ownership mindset and willingness to tackle problems.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day program execution, including schedule, risk management, deliverables and cross-team coordination.
Translate product requirements into actionable engineering workstreams and hold teams accountable.
Lead design reviews, maintain the engineering backlog and drive decisions with incomplete information.
Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, firmware, and industrial design teams to integrate subsystems.
Manage vendor interactions across ID/UX firms, PCB vendors, plastics suppliers, sensors, test labs and manufacturers.
Ensure documentation, DMR and DHF organization, traceability and test readiness per FDA design controls.
Support prototyping, V&V planning, testing and system integration; role is hands-on.
