Munters Corporation seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from initiation to completion at our Daleville, VA operation. You will build plans, manage timelines and milestones, and drive success measures while coordinating teams and communicating with leadership.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of cross-functional project management experience, with strong scheduling, risk management, and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years managing cross-functional technical, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or business-improvement projects.
• Strong project-management practices including scheduling, risk management, scope, stakeholder management, and reporting.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to influence and lead teams without direct authority.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Planner, Excel, Power BI, Jira; PMP is strongly preferred.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing, HVAC/cooling systems, data center infrastructure, or complex supply chains is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple technical and operational projects from initiation through completion.
• Build project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success measures.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and keep projects moving forward.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies and drive solutions.
• Track progress and communicate updates to leadership.
• Use data and root-cause analysis to identify opportunities and measure results.
• Support process improvements affecting quality, throughput, material availability, and delivery.
• Coordinate testing, training, documentation, implementation, and handoffs.
• Establish consistent project-management and continuous-improvement practices across the organization.
