Job summary

Munters Corporation in Daleville, VA is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects impacting operations and customer experience. You’ll work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Planning, Quality, Service, Sales, Finance, and IT to bring structure to complex challenges and translate improvements into measurable results.

You’ll manage multiple initiatives, build plans, mitigate risks, track progress, and communicate with leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional technical, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or business-improvement projects.
• PMP certification is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Agile, Scrum, or other continuous-improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.

Munters is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Daleville, VA team and lead cross-functional projects that directly impact on our operational performance and customer experience.

This is more than a traditional project management role. You’ll work through Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Planning, Quality, Service, Sales, Finance, and IT to bring structure to complex challenges and turn improvement opportunities into measurable results.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations, Business, Supply Chain, Technical Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional technical, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or business-improvement projects.
• Strong understanding of formal project-management practices, including scheduling, risk management, scope, stakeholder management, and reporting.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to influence and lead teams without direct authority.
• Comfortable working through ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Planner, Excel, Power BI, Jira, or similar platforms.
• PMP certification is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Agile, Scrum, or other continuous-improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing, engineered products, HVAC/cooling systems, data center infrastructure, or complex supply chains is highly desirable.
