Job summary

Invictus International Consulting, LLC seeks a Technical Project Manager IV in Alexandria, VA to lead complex IT and communication projects within a DoD/IC environment.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph eligibility, a PMP credential, and 8+ years of relevant experience. You will plan, direct, and coordinate activities, manage personnel, and ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; four years of additional experience may substitute for degree.
• Minimum eight years of relevant experience beyond education level.
• Must possess current PMP credential.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain/maintain CI polygraph.
• Experience in a DoD or IC environment desired.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate computer-related activities including data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and programming.
• Manage day-to-day program activities; develop long-term objectives to satisfy future contract requirements.
• Coordinate with other functional areas to ensure timely implementation of technical solutions and schedules.
• Manage contract personnel and ensure quality, timely deliverables in accordance with the SOW.
• Provide periodic staffing status reports to stakeholders.
• Act as point of contact for installation projects involving communications networks.
• Ensure performance criteria and due dates are met during service delivery and project completion.
• Support program managers and teams in provisioning, design, installation, maintenance, and billing of services.
• Track service orders through completion and prepare deliverables.

Job Details

• Plan, direct, and coordinate computer-related activities including electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming
• Perform day-to-day management of the program and developing long-term and strategic objectives to ensure that end user requirements will be satisfied in future years of the contract
• Perform horizontal integration planning, and interfacing with other functional areas, ensuring that technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner
• Provide management of contract personnel and ensuring high quality and acceptable task completion and deliverables within their contract in compliance with the SOW
• Provide frequent periodic reports on the status of the contractor staffing
• Point of contact for non-routine to moderately complex installation projects for communication networks
• Accountable for meeting contractual performance criteria and due dates during service delivery, and successful overall project completion
• Coordinate activities in support of program managers and teams that support the provisioning, design, installation, maintenance, and billing of services
• Track and monitor service orders through completion and turn-up and prepare deliverables
• Estimate effort, cost, and schedule for complex projects
• Create project management plans for IT Infrastructure projects; monitors PjMP implementation progress and cost against the plan
• Escalate removal of blockers to progress and resolution of issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institute in an area applicable to the position; an additional four (4) years of experience be substituted in lieu of a degree
• Minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience in addition to education level
• Must possess current PMP
• Experience working in a DoD or IC environment desired
• Current active TS/SCI clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
