Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience managing industrial technical or capital equipment projects.
• Experience with industrial automation, packaging machinery, robotics, or material handling systems.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, layouts, controls systems, and engineering documentation.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the organization.
• Ensure technical solutions align with customer requirements and contractual obligations.
• Organize project schedules and monitor project milestones.
• Manage project scope, priorities, and change requests.
• Lead project kickoff meetings, design reviews, FAT/SAT, and risk reviews.
• Review technical drawings and system architectures for compliance.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to meet specs and timelines.
• Manage project budgets and procurement of third-party equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and team efficiency.
• Resolve conflicts and provide leadership across project teams.
