Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Information Technology, Information Systems, Management, or related field.
• Experience in technology project management is essential.
• Equivalent experience may substitute for education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality delivery on time, scope, and budget.
• Manage all phases from initiation to close.
• Collaborate with PMs, Product Managers, Tech Leads, and stakeholders to gain SME level knowledge.
• Research and propose effective technologies; communicate constraints and alternatives.
• Define objectives, plans, estimates, budgets; secure approvals.
• Assemble teams and provide necessary training.
• Monitor status regarding milestones and deadlines; report to sponsors.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and sponsors; update documentation.
• Document changes and obtain approvals; maintain records during development.
• Coordinate post-sprint testing to evaluate delivery and system performance.
• Coordinate with technical writers to create accurate documentation.
• Monitor contracts and budgets; approve pay requests and change orders.
• Influence team to align with strategic priorities; propose PMO improvements.
• Mentor and train project managers and associates.
