Qualifications

• BS in engineering required.
• 2+ years of Project Management experience.
• Fluid Management or Bioprocess experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP (Business Central); ClickUp experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams through gated processes for design, development, manufacture, testing, and release.
• Create project schedules and monitor budgets; track milestone targets and completion dates; identify risks and build contingency plans.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding project activities, expected deliverables, and required timelines: Engineering, Design, Assembly, Automation, Quality, Sales, Accounting, Logistics, Management.
• Build and maintain a relationship with the Customer; engage them throughout the project with a focus on customer service; manage expectations and onsite visits.
• Ensure adherence to Quality Assurance procedures; manage changes and non-conformances using company procedures; communicate with the customer as required.
• Lead and facilitate meetings: construct agendas, create PowerPoint presentations, document minutes/decisions/action items, facilitate/moderate meetings, and resolve conflicts.
