Job summary

Fuse Integration is seeking a technically savvy, hands‑on Project Manager to lead development, integration, and demonstration of advanced communications and networking technologies for DoD platforms. You will oversee all aspects of project execution and provide strategic guidance to teams and stakeholders.

You will interface with customers and internal engineering groups, drive end‑to‑end delivery, and ensure security requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in technical or engineering environments, including 2-5 years of direct project management responsibility.
• Strong leadership presence and proven ability to take charge, motivate teams, and deliver results.
• Technical foundation — degree in engineering, systems management, or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Excellent organizational, communication, presenting, and decision‑making skills.
• Adaptable to startup environments, comfortable building structure where needed.
• U.S. citizenship and current US SECRET Clearance, or ability to get clearance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication, accountability, and proactive problem‑solving.
• Serve as the primary interface between customers, internal engineering teams, and leadership.
• Get in front of real‑world operators to understand needs and requirements from an end‑user point of view.
• Manage budget, schedule, and scope, adjusting dynamically as project needs evolve.
• Lead risk management, resource planning, and performance tracking.
• Establish and refine project management processes suitable for a high‑growth, agile startup.
• Support proposal development, planning, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Ensure system development environment and system attributes align with DoD security requirements.
