Job summary

Tulsa For You and Me (TFY) seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead data and tech initiatives within the Integrated Strategies team in Tulsa, OK. You will drive scope, milestones, and stakeholder alignment for complex projects spanning data platforms, systems integrations, and public-sector tooling.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in technical PM, strong SDLC knowledge, and hands-on Jira/Confluence/Asana experience to ensure clear planning, reporting, and risk management in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in cross-sector or data-related projects.
• Experience with data infrastructure projects— data warehouses/lakes, analytics platforms, or data-sharing systems.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and project lifecycle management, with coordination across internal teams and external vendors.
• Familiarity with UAT, UX, and requirements gathering for data/tech tools.
• Proficiency in Jira and Asana for managing technical and stakeholder workstreams.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and scheduling logistics.
• Experience in workforce development, civic tech, or economic development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of assigned technical projects (1–6 months).
• Serve as the primary liaison for mid-level stakeholders, translating business needs into structured plans for technical teams.
• Drive disciplined execution tracking, identify risks & dependencies, and surface blockers.
• Control scope and manage change with clear documentation and approvals.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings, agendas, decisions, and action items.
• Develop and maintain core project documentation: charters, BRDs, requirements, risk logs.
• Operate effectively within hybrid delivery environments and Agile contexts.
• Other duties as assigned.
