Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to oversee data center construction fit-outs, guiding projects from planning through completion with a focus on efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to oversee our DC construction fit-outs. This role leads projects from planning through completion, ensuring construction fit-out work is executed efficiently and to high standards.

Join our Data Center Construction team! The addition of a Technical Project Manager for data center construction projects is essential for ensuring successful and timely delivery of infrastructure projects. This role will support NVIDIA’s growth and maintain competitive position, streamline operations, improve resource management, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Own planning, execution, and successful delivery of data center construction projects, ensuring project goals and milestones are met.
  • Team Coordination: Work with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal partners to coordinate activities and align objectives and timelines.
  • Detailed Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for the construction fit-out.
  • Risk Management: Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Budget Management: Coordinate budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and control costs across the project lifecycle.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure construction activities comply with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements, maintaining high safety on site.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to partners via status reports and presentations, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of proven experience leading construction projects, with preference for data center or IT infrastructure projects.
  • In-depth understanding of construction processes, data center technologies, and project management methodologies.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with large-scale construction fit-out projects.
  • Knowledge of sustainable building practices and energy-efficient data center design.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard project management software and tools.

Your base salary will be determined based on location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD for Level 5, and 240,000 USD - 379,500 USD for Level 6.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
