Job summary

impact.com is seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) within its Product Operations sub-department in Columbus, OH. The TPM will own end-to-end execution of multi-team technical programs, align engineering, product, design, data, and GTM teams, and drive Agile processes to ensure predictable delivery and rapid iteration.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technical program management, deep Agile/Scrum expertise, and strong skills with Jira, Confluence, and AI productivity tools to streamline

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated technical project or program management experience in software
• Deep command of Agile/Scrum methodologies with practical adaptability
• Advanced experience using Jira (roadmaps, cross-team boards, reporting) and Confluence for documentation
• Ability to understand technical architectures, API integrations, and system infrastructure
• Experience using AI productivity tools (Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate output
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for executive stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of complex, multi-team technical programs from inception to launch and stabilization
• Drive Agile ceremonies, coordinate cross-squad sprint reviews, and manage program-level syncs
• Maintain high hygiene in project tracking (Jira) and documentation (Confluence)
• Identify and mitigate blockers, dependencies, and risks to protect the critical path
• Define milestones, metrics, and communicate progress and risk to leadership
