Job summary

McKinstry in Seattle is seeking a Technical Product Manager, AI Delivery (TPM) to turn AI strategy into shippable tools and measurable outcomes. You will own the intake pipeline, scoping of use cases, success metrics, and the lifecycle from pilot to production, coordinating with AI engineers and stakeholders.

You should have 4+ years in technical program management, strong written communication, and experience with agile delivery and AI/data products.

Qualifications

4+ years of technical program management with ownership of product lifecycle.
Experience in AI or data product development and AI tool delivery.
CSPO, PMP or SAFe Product Owner credentials preferred.
Ability to write product requirements including user stories and acceptance criteria.
Familiarity with agile/sprint-based delivery; able to lead planning and retrospectives.
Strong written communication across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own sprint methodology execution across all active AI tools with clear scope and success criteria.
Translate approved business use cases into actionable product requirements.
Manage the pilot intake pipeline and evaluation process.
Oversee product lifecycle from pilot to production and track progress against metrics.
Maintain delivery metrics and pilot portfolio dashboard across divisions.
